Thank you for shopping with The Whale Vault. This Shipping Policy outlines how and when your trading card orders are processed and delivered.
Order Processing
- Orders are typically processed within 1 business day after payment confirmation.
- Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or Australian public holidays.
- During peak periods (e.g. product launches, sales, holidays), processing times may be slightly longer.
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details (where applicable).
Domestic Shipping (Australia)
We ship Australia-wide using multiple couriers, but mainly through Australia Post.
Estimated delivery times:
- Standard Shipping: 2 – 7 business days
- Express Shipping: 1 – 3 business days
Delivery times are estimates only and may vary depending on your location and carrier delays.
Shipping costs:
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location, order size, and selected shipping method.
We ship to residential addresses and PO Boxes within Australia.
International Shipping
We currently do not offer international shipping.
Packaging & Protection
Trading cards are packaged securely to minimise the risk of damage during transit. This may include sleeves, top loaders, team bags, cardboard protection, and padded mailers or boxes, depending on the order size and value.
Tracking
Tracking is provided on most shipping methods. If tracking is unavailable for your selected shipping option, this will be indicated at checkout.
Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Orders
- If your order appears to be lost or significantly delayed, please contact us at contact@thewhalevault.com.au.
- If your order arrives damaged, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the packaging and item(s).
While we will assist with carrier investigations, The Whale Vault is not responsible for delays or losses caused by shipping carriers once the order has been dispatched.
Incorrect Address
Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer. Reshipping fees may apply.
